SANE is a constant innovator in technologies applied to padel.

Full Carbon Visible

The only system without any other fabrics on top or pore-sealing putty that allows full visibility of the carbon.

IPS

IPS (Integrated Print System): An integrated system for painting and printing with the epoxy resin that makes up the structure of the racket. The racket is molded. Advantages: 100% paint-resistant, aesthetics achieved with a very low weight, giving the racket great lightness while maintaining the same structural strength.

PSP COMPLEMENTS

Top-of-the-range models with triple cutting-edge technology:

IPS (Integrated Print System): An integrated system for painting and printing with the epoxy resin that makes up the structure of the racket. The racket is molded. Advantages: 100% paint-resistant, aesthetics achieved with a very low weight, giving the racket great lightness while maintaining the same structural strength.

› Carbon visualization: the only system without additional fabrics or pore-sealing filler that allows full carbon visualization.

› PSP Complements: SANE's I4 models are the only ones that feature a thermoformed compact polycarbonate guard and core molding. They are enveloping, lightweight, unbreakable, and paint-resistant due to their internal stamping. They also feature transparent bubble moldings for impact absorption on the upper sides of the head. Advantages: they provide greater flexural rigidity in the core area of the racket; they are the best enveloping racket protector; and the three lightweight accessories maintain a constant center of gravity, meaning they do not alter the racket's balance.

PSP POLYCARBONATE STRUCTURE.

Twenty-five years after the invention of the rubber-core paddle that revolutionized padel as we know it today, we have begun a new era with the introduction of a technology applied to this sport: We present the paddle with a POLYCARBONATE structure.
It took our research and development department over a year of intensive work to arrive at the final product we are presenting to you today. We have currently patented it under international agencies (Patent No. U201430113), which protects us from unauthorized replicas by other brands.

To the composites, or composite resins with fiberglass/carbon, used for several years in conventional padel rackets, we have added new materials and production processes widely used in architecture and mechanical engineering, achieving a structural combination with superior performance to current rackets, among which the following stand out:

ADVANTAGES:

- MIRROR FINISH
A smooth, mirror-like surface is achieved, unsurpassed by the varnishing and polishing methods used today.

- MAXIMUM DURABILITY
Impact protection thanks to the durability of new materials. Furthermore, weather and climate are no longer factors of deterioration.

- INCORPORATED ROUGHNESS POINTS
To achieve shots with greater effect and ball spin.

- ANTI-PAINT FADE
The shine doesn't fade, and the graphics maintain the same color and line definition as they left the factory, thanks to innovative internal stamping technology.

- ELASTIC FRAME
Frame with a soft surface, so that when a blow occurs it cushions the impact.

- DYNAMIC PROPELLER
An elastic column made of a higher density material with a high rebound coefficient is placed in the transparent parts.

+FLEXION + RECOVERY
A greater range of face flex provides greater control and more comfortable shots. It also returns to its original position more quickly, maintaining or increasing hitting power.

MEMBRANE TECHNOLOGY

If tennis rackets weigh less than padel rackets and develop more power, it should be possible to build lighter, and therefore more manageable, rackets that have the same or more power than current ones. How can this be achieved without losing control, comfort, sweet spot, performance or durability of the racket?
After many months of experimentation, SANE managed to conceive the “Plaque Shovel,” a shovel with a structure that is the opposite of conventional ones.
With a rigid internal laminar structure in the striking area, and with
elastic materials directly in contact with the ball.
With incredible minimum thicknesses (3 to 6 mm) never used before, not even in old rigid blades, which allows us to develop “membrane technology”.
This “membrane technology” allows the hitting area of the racket to work as a high elastic plate, with a deformation
superior to current blades, but also with greater capacity
recovery, a fundamental feature to achieve very important levels of power, control and effects.

ADVANTAGES:

Not only have they achieved a lighter blade than the current ones, but it also surpasses the blades we can see on the courts now in all the important indicators:

+15% lighter.
+100% greater durability.
+50% more manageability.
+20% more power.+15% more sweet spot.
+20% higher level of effects.
+50% less noise.
+Bounce

PLATE SYSTEM

It's a 38mm racket composed of two 5mm plates (one per side) combined with four perimeter windows in the racket frame, connected by a compressed polyethylene (HCT)® core the size of the sweet spot. This allows air to circulate during the hitting motion in a significant volume, adding significant maneuverability. Air penetrates through the perimeter windows, passes through the hollow areas of the core (bottom and top), and is expelled through the windows on the opposite side.
With this type of structure, we achieve a racket with spin levels similar to those of a conventional board and extreme maneuverability, but now incorporated into a 38mm frame that has the flexural rigidity typical of these rackets, without edges and with a significant finish. Furthermore, the racket maintains the power characteristics of the other Compressed Hybrid models (Agressor HCT, Supernova Convex) that have been so well received.
It also boasts a very original and highly technical presentation in chrome and a matte-finish carbon surface sheet that sets it apart from the blades known until now.
When testing its performance, it is noticeable that its core, by working floating between the two plates, since it is not attached to the frame, offers greater comfort in impacts with great flexibility and rapid recovery of the plate.

ADVANTAGES:

A shovel that summarizes the main technologies that SANE has innovated in recent years in a single model.

+Membrane Technology (Plate System)®
+Hybrid Core
+Anti-fading vinyl system
+HCT (Hybrid Compression Technology)®
+Perforated perimeter

New technologies are also incorporated:
+Open Frame
+iplaca with Antivibration

HCT

In the first half of the year, we introduced three models with compressed hybrid core technology. The difference with a conventional EVA-FOAM hybrid core, like the one Sane invented several years ago, is that the core is now pre-compressed to achieve greater impact speed. Thanks to the use of PU (High-Resistance Polyurethane Elastomer), which we already use in the cores of Placa blades, and the new closed-bubble polyethylene FOAM, which has a lower density and greater elasticity than previous models, we can achieve a pre-compressed core without deformations, resulting in an elastic, lightweight, and very well-balanced blade (i.e., with the characteristics of hitting comfort that players appreciate most), but with a very significant level of power due to the aforementioned recovery speed upon impact (Agressor HCT and SuperNova Convex).

ADVANTAGES:

-+100% Carbon.
+30% more Compression.

+Greater recovery speed of the impact face.
+Unique blade with pre-tensioning process.
+Maximum power for high flex (soft) blades.
