JUAN MANUEL RESTIVO JOINS #TEAMSANE

Juan Manuel Restivo

#teamSANE is proud to announce the new addition of Argentine player @juanrestivo, #66 WPT.

The Buenos Aires native started playing padel at 14. Initially, it was just for fun, but by 16, he was already winning the 2nd division and playing in the qualifiers of the country's professional tournaments, which encouraged him to dedicate himself fully to the sport.

At 21, he became the country's number one, and his goal was to compete on the world's biggest circuit, the WPT. At 22, he began traveling, and at 24, he settled permanently in Madrid, where he continues to pursue his passion: padel.

One of his best results was in 2019 when he reached the quarterfinals of the professional circuit (WPT) held in Alicante, in addition to being a five-time champion playing for Aniene in the Italian team championship.

For this 2021 season, his goal is to continue improving day by day to try to achieve a spot in the finals. To this end, he will continue his rigorous training under the supervision of Gabriel Reca (on court), Gonzalo Merchán (physical), and Silvana Iezzi (nutrition). His partner in his fight to continue his rise is Raúl Marcos Durán, #84 WPT.
